It was a good run, but Barnesville unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Pelican Rapids Vikings by a score of 59-56. Trojans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Vikings since on Friday.

Barnesville's loss dropped their record down to 23-8. As for Pelican Rapids, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 25-6.

Barnesville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pelican Rapids, they will take on Albany on Tuesday. One thing working in Albany's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
