Basketball Recap: Three Straight Road Victories for St. John Bosco

St. John Bosco had won two straight road games and Elzie Harrington did his part to make it three on Friday. The St. John Bosco Braves came out on top against the Santa Margarita Eagles by a score of 77-67 thanks in part to Harrington, who went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 28 points in addition to eight assists and five boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Brandon McCoy Jr, who posted ten points along with six rebounds and three steals. That's the most boards he has posted since back in November of 2024.

St. John Bosco's record is now 21-3. As for Santa Margarita, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 17-5.

St. John Bosco will have a chance to go back-to-back against Santa Margarita: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
