McKinney North came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Independence Knights by a score of 51-41. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got McKinney North back to even at 5-5. As for Independence, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season.
