Softball Recap: Foothill Comes Up Short

Foothill lost against Reed back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Foothill Falcons lost 10-1 to the Reed Raiders.

Foothill saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kendall Miller, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. Jazzy Hall also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

Foothill's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Reed, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Coming up, Foothill will square off against Douglas at 11:40 a.m. on Friday. As for Reed, they will be taking part in a tournament against Trabuco Hills at 8:00 a.m. on Friday. Reed is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.
