Basketball Recap: Dutch Fork Takes Down Ranked River Bluff

On Tuesday, Dutch Fork faced River Bluff in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Dutch Fork Silver Foxes came out on top against the River Bluff Gators by a score of 63-50. The win was familiar territory for the Silver Foxes, who have now won four matches in a row.

Dutch Fork's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bryson Taylor led the charge by putting up 17 points and six assists. Taylor's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Justus Bell, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 15 points and six boards.

Dutch Fork smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive contests.
