Choudrant scored the most runs they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of D'Arbonne Woods by a score of 9-8. The Aggies' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Wade Watson was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Cy Spatafora, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI.

Choudrant's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for D'Arbonne Woods, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Choudrant will venture away from home to take on Simsboro at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Simsboro will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Choudrant surely won't give up without a fight. As for D'Arbonne Woods, they will host Lakeside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
