Softball Recap: Colonial Forge Comes Up Short

Colonial Forge lost against North Stafford back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Eagles fell 9-5 to the Wolverines. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Colonial Forge's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for North Stafford, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Colonial Forge will take on Forest Park at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bruins will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Stafford, they will challenge Brooke Point at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolverines are facing the Black Hawks at the right time seeing as the Black Hawks are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
