Baseball Recap: Rose Hill Comes Up Short

Rose Hill lost against Wellington on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rockets came up short against the Crusaders, falling 13-1. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rose Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Wellington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rose Hill will venture away from home to take on Haysville Campus at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wellington, they will take on Belle Plaine on Monday. The Crusaders are facing the Dragons at the right time seeing as the Dragons are stuck on a 21-game losing streak.
