Chaminade-Madonna waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 9-4 win over the IMG Academy White Ascenders.

Joshua Wright looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, Chaminade-Madonna got a big performance out of John Scott Bishop, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. AJ Vargas was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Chaminade-Madonna was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .379 or higher in three consecutive matches.

Chaminade-Madonna's record is now 15-3. As for IMG Academy White, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.

Chaminade-Madonna wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-2 victory against Cardinal Newman on the 25th. As for IMG Academy White, they will host Prestonsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
