Softball Recap: Cadillac Comes Up Short

If Cadillac was feeling good fresh off their 12-5 takedown of Benzie Central last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings came up short against the Kingsley Stags on Tuesday, falling 17-6. The Vikings have struggled against the Stags recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Cadillac's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Kingsley, they pushed their record up to 12-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Coming up, Cadillac will welcome Petoskey at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kingsley, they are taking a road trip to square off against Elk Rapids at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
