Lincoln scaled the state rankings by moving to 333 from 433 this week, the biggest jump in Pioneer Valley League. The Fighting Zebras were able to move up by beating Bear River 47-7.
Chas Reisinger was the best receiver in the league this week as the Falcons lost to the Hillmen. Reisinger tallied 10 receptions for 138 yards. Marcus Jackson helped Colfax's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 41 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Colfax's Michael Wilson and Kyle Bryant have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-10 quarterback Wilson has thrown for 2,529 yards this season, while Bryant has 64 catches for 910 yards. Lincoln's Dane Stimbert leads the league in rushing yards with 1,228.

The Falcons' Bryant is a few successful plays short of surpassing 1,000 yards receiving this season. He needs only 90 receiving yards against the Fighting Zebras to hit that benchmark. So far this year, he has garnered 64 catches for 910 yards.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Joey Montoya's team takes on Center. The Hillmen's offense has recorded 363 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while the Cougars have permitted only 145 on the year.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will go head-to-head with its top pass rusher when Colfax and Lincoln face off next week.
Placer extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Falcons, 48-21. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
