Basketball Game Preview: Sylvan Hills Bears vs. Lake Hamilton Wolves

After both having extra time off, the Sylvan Hills Bears and the Lake Hamilton Wolves will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Friday, Sylvan Hills came up short against Vilonia and fell 56-46. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, the stars were shining brightly for Lake Hamilton in a 65-51 victory over Sheridan last Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Lake Hamilton's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Sylvan Hills, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-4.

Things could have been worse for Sylvan Hills, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 60-46 loss to Lake Hamilton when the teams last played back in November of 2017. Can Sylvan Hills avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
