Softball Recap: Riverbank Bruins vs. Denair Coyotes
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Riverbank ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Denair Coyotes by a score of 7-3. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Coyotes recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Maya Guzman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single hit and allowing only one earned run while striking out 22 over eight innings pitched. Those 22 strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
