Football Game Preview: Baker Buffaloes vs. Dunham Tigers

Baker hasn't had much luck against Dunham recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Buffaloes will square off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Baker's defense has only allowed 12.8 points per game this season, so Dunham's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Baker took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against Northeast by a score of 14-6. The Buffaloes haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Dunham blew past Ascension Catholic, posting a 42-7 victory. Considering the Tigers have won three games by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Dunham's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Baker, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Baker ended up a good deal behind Dunham when the teams last played back in October of 2024, losing 34-18. Can the Buffaloes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
