Basketball Recap: Oktaha Comes Up Short

Oktaha was the 37-34 winner over Warner when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Oktaha Tigers fell to the Warner Eagles 47-42. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Tigers came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Eagles are ranked 268th).

Oktaha has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season. As for Warner, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-13 record this season.

Oktaha will head out on the road to face off against Wilson-Henryetta at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warner, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Quinton at 6:00 p.m.
