Volleyball Game Preview: John J. Duggan Academy vs. Chicopee Pacers

John J. Duggan Academy will face off against the Chicopee Pacers at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 17 consecutive losses dating back to last season for John J. Duggan Academy and three for Chicopee.

John J. Duggan Academy came up short against Granby on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Chicopee lost 3-0 to Southwick Regional on Thursday. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Pacers were not able to get on the board.

While Chicopee was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 25-18.

Chicopee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for John J. Duggan Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
