Soccer Preview: Lawson Meets Gallatin

The Lawson Lightning will face off against the Gallatin Green Wave at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gallatin is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Antioch who was credited with the win last Wednesday. The Bears got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Lawson's one.

Lawson will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Gallatin extended their winning streak to three on Thursday. The Green Wave came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against Hendersonville. Give some credit to the fans of both those teams: the home team has now come away the winner the last four times they've met.
