Soccer Recap: Basehor-Linwood Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Basehor-Linwood faced off against Louisburg on Tuesday. The Bobcats lost 4-0 to the Wildcats. Basehor-Linwood were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Louisburg apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Basehor-Linwood's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Louisburg, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-1-1 record this season.

Basehor-Linwood will square off against Turner on Thursday. Basehor-Linwood will be up against Turner's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.15 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Louisburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ottawa on Thursday.
