Football Recap: Beaumont United Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Beaumont United's offense. They had to suffer through a 62-0 loss at the hands of the Port Arthur Memorial Titans. The Timberwolves haven't had much luck with the Titans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Beaumont United's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Port Arthur Memorial, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coincidentally, Beaumont United and Port Arthur Memorial will both be playing Ball the next time they take the field. The Titans will host the Tornadoes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Timberwolves will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
