Volleyball Game Preview: Tuscola Warriors vs. Urbana University Illineks + Official Tickets

The Tuscola Warriors will venture away from home to challenge the Urbana University Illineks at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, Tuscola came up short against Urbana and fell 2-0. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Tuscola couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Urbana a tough time in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 30-28.

The losing side was boosted by Chloe Fowler, who had six digs and five aces.

Meanwhile, Urbana University also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Arthur-Okaw Christian by a score of 2-0.

While Urbana University was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22.

Tuscola's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Urbana University, their loss dropped their record down to 0-23.

Tuscola beat Urbana University 2-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2019. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Illineks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
