White County waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Clay County Bulldogs as they made off with a 7-1 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-1 on Thursday.

Griffin Adams was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He is becoming a predictor of White County's success: when he allows at most one hit the team is 2-1 (and 5-7 when he doesn't). Adams was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.
