Grosse Pointe North came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Fraser Ramblers by a score of 54-42. Given the Norsemen's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Ramblers are ranked 456th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Grosse Pointe North has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
