Heritage Hall had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the nine-run drubbing they dealt Kingfisher last Thursday. Heritage Hall's pitchers stepped up to hand Kingfisher a 9-0 shutout. The contest marked the Chargers' most dominant victory of the season so far.
Isaac Beeson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Beeson was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
In other pitching news, Matthew Kalcich looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched.

Heritage Hall hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kingfisher struck out nine times.
Meanwhile, Pauls Valley scored the most runs they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 15-11 hit to the loss column at the hands of Okarche. The Panthers' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.
Braxton Brumley was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Skeeter Jolly also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
Heritage Hall pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Pauls Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
Heritage Hall took their win against Pauls Valley in their previous meeting back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 11-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Heritage Hall since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
