After a string of seven wins, Mesivta's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 64-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mercy Career & Technical. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Mercy Career & Technical earlier this season, when they won 58-56.
Mesivta lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Tuvya Gross, who posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Tzvi Bril, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards.
Mercy Career & Technical got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Anthony Caple out in front who put up 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Ford, who had 15 points.
