Softball Recap: MacArthur Victorious

MacArthur saw some tournament action on Thursday. They came out on top against the Cedar Hill Longhorns by a score of 7-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Brahmas.

The team relied heavily on Isabella Silva, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Sienna Richmond also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

MacArthur's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Cedar Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Coincidentally, MacArthur and Cedar Hill will both be playing Hendrickson the next time they take the field. The Longhorns will head out to face the Hawks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Brahmas will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
