Baseball Recap: Fairfield Beats Moravia for Their Third Straight Win

Fairfield had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Moravia Mohawks by a score of 11-7. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2025.

Fairfield now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Moravia, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Fairfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 9-5 loss against Davis County on the 30th. As for Moravia, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-6 defeat against Van Buren County on the 30th.
