Orem faced Ridgeline in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Riverhawks. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Riverhawks: they've now won three in a row.

Haven Michaelis paced Orem's offense, picking up 13 kills. Michaelis got some help from Sarah Page and her 26 assists. Callie Eudis controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Orem's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Ridgeline, they moved to 16-5 with that defeat, which also ended their nine-match winning streak.
