 West Lafayette put the finishing touches on their third blowout victory of the season  on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Rensselaer Central Bombers as the West Lafayette Red Devils made off with  a  12-2 victory. West Lafayette's  win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
 The team  relied heavily on  Adrianne Tolen, who  scored three  runs while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kerrigan Gooden, who  went 2-for-4 with four  RBI and a  double.
 On Rensselaer Central's side,  Kylie Spencer was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 1-for-3 with a  home run.
 West Lafayette's victory was  their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 5-0. As for Rensselaer Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 West Lafayette will look to defend their home field  on Tuesday against Benton Central at 5:00  p.m. West Lafayette is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 11.4  runs per game  this season. As for Rensselaer Central, they will head out on the road to  square off against  West Central at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
