            Volleyball Recap: Dunwoody Wildcats vs. Sequoyah Chiefs        
        
		
        
        
            Dunwoody was the  2-0 winner over Sequoyah when they last played one another  back in August of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chiefs on Tuesday.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-16,  25-15.
 McKenna Willard paced Dunwoody's offense, picking up four kills. Willard were helped by Alexa Keefe and  Naomi Sneh, who contributed five assists each. Willard was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with two aces.
 Sequoyah was led to victory by  Jessica White and  Olivia Shaw.  White  had nine  digs and two  aces, while  Shaw  had six  digs. Those  two  aces gave  White a new career-high.
Dunwoody's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Sequoyah, the  win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
 Coming up, Dunwoody will take on Parkview at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Sequoyah, they have already played their next game,  a  2-0  victory against Centennial on the 26th.
