The Louisburg Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Wamego Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Louisburg's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Girard by a score of 58-56. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat Louisburg has suffered yet this season.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Wamego had to settle for a 45-43 defeat against Bonner Springs on Saturday. Wamego has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Louisburg has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Wamego, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
