Volleyball Recap: Central Victorious

Central won the last time they faced West Morgan and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rebels.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21.

Jill Huffaker paced Central's offense, picking up five kills. Huffaker got some help from Caroline Butler and her six assists. Alexis Fielder controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

The win got Central back to even at 1-1. As for West Morgan, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Central will take on Rogers at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for West Morgan, they will challenge Fayette County at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
