Baseball Recap: North Pitt Panthers vs. Nash Central Bulldogs

North Pitt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Nash Central Bulldogs. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Quintaris Price was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off only one hit. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.
