Basketball Recap: Northwood-Kensett Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

Northwood-Kensett is still undefeated this season after their contest against Osage on Friday, but Osage came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Northwood-Kensett Vikings had just enough and edged the Osage Green Devils out 57-55. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Northwood-Kensett's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Osage, they moved to 7-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Northwood-Kensett will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against North Butler at 7:45 p.m. Osage has already played their next matchup, a 56-49 defeat against Belmond-Klemme on the 11th.
