Basketball Recap: Eisenhower Takes a Loss

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Piedmont Wildcats, falling 75-51. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 282nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 66th).

Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Piedmont, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.

Eisenhower didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 76-64 loss against Edmond Santa Fe on the 21st. Piedmont has also already played their next match, a 49-42 win against Putnam City North on the 21st.
