Greenville lost to North Mac back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Comets came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0.

While Greenville won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22.

Sarah Woods paced Greenville's offense, picking up seven kills. Woods got some help from Haylee Hediger and her seven assists.

Greenville's win bumped their record up to 6-9-1. As for North Mac, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Greenville will square off against Metro-East Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Mac, they will challenge Litchfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
