There's no place like home for Elizabethton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Sullivan East Patriots on Thursday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Elizabethton considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

They hit Sullivan East with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Connor Blevins (2), Drake Teague (2), and Reece Vernon.

The victory got Elizabethton back to even at 5-5-2. As for Sullivan East, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coincidentally, Elizabethton and Sullivan East will both be playing Tennessee the next time they take the pitch. The Patriots will host the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Fighting Cyclones will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
