Soccer Recap: Northwest Christian Comes Up Short

After flying high against Veritas Prep last Monday, Northwest Christian came back down to earth. The Northwest Christian Crusaders came up short against the Seton Catholic Sentinels on Wednesday, falling 6-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Crusaders couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Chloe Graham, who's now up to 11 this season.

Northwest Christian suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 7-2-1. As for Seton Catholic, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Northwest Christian didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 victory against Odyssey Institute on the 17th. As for Seton Catholic, they will face off against Bourgade Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Seton Catholic is facing Bourgade Catholic at the right time seeing as Bourgade Catholic is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
