New Trier has gone a perfect 10-0 against Niles West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The New Trier Trevians will head out to face off against the Niles West Wolves at 7:30 p.m. Niles West took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on New Trier, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, New Trier humbled Maine East with a 65-36 victory. Given the Trevians' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Blue Demons are ranked 351st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Niles West lost 60-36 to Glenbrook North on Tuesday. The Wolves have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

New Trier is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-14 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points over those games. As for Niles West, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-19.
