Volleyball Game Preview: Grayslake Central Rams vs. Mundelein Mustangs

The Grayslake Central Rams will face off against the Mundelein Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Grayslake Central is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Lake Zurich just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bears by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Grayslake Central sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Mundelein waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Scouts by a score of 2-0.

Mundelein easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21.

Grayslake Central's defeat dropped their record down to 26-6. As for Mundelein, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-4.
