Basketball Recap: Brownsboro Takes a Loss

Brownsboro has relied on a stalwart defense averaging 29.81 points allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Tuesday. They were dealt a 56-28 defeat at the hands of the Canton Eagles. The Bears have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Brownsboro's loss dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Canton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Mabank the next time they take the court. Brownsboro will host Mabank at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, while Canton will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on January 21st.
