Basketball Recap: Richland Springs Has No Trouble Against Brookesmith

Richland Springs won the last time they faced Brookesmith and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Richland Springs Coyotes were the clear victor by a 71-47 margin over the Brookesmith Mustangs. The Coyotes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 24 points or more this season.

Richland Springs' win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Brookesmith, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-12.

Richland Springs and Zephyr will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Zephyr knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Richland Springs likes a good challenge. As for Brookesmith, they will host Priddy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
