Soccer Recap: Frankfort Takes a Loss

Frankfort came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Hampshire Trojans, falling 6-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Hampshire this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in September.

Frankfort's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14-1. As for Hampshire, their win bumped their record up to 5-11-2.

Looking ahead, Frankfort will face off against Fort Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hampshire, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Elkins on the 11th.
