Chenango Forks has gone 8-2 against Oneonta recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Blue Devils will head out to square off against the Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Chenango Forks has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Oneonta will arrive with five straight wins.

Chenango Forks couldn't beat Lansing on Friday even though they stacked four runs on them in the second inning. The Blue Devils lost 18-6 to the Bobcats. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Meanwhile, Oneonta made easy work of Waverly on Thursday and carried off a 13-3 victory. With that win, the Yellowjackets brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Carley Mistler was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. Mistler was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Jenevie Gallusser was incredible, going 3-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Kendall LeFever also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Chenango Forks' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Oneonta, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
