Basketball Recap: Dresden Takes a Loss

Dresden has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-48 heartbreaker at the hands of the Union City Golden Tornadoes. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Golden Tornadoes this season, with their most recent loss being a 39-36 defeat back in January.

Dresden's loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Union City, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-10 record this season.
