With a playoff win on the line, Hebbronville rose to the challenge on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Progreso Red Ants as they made off with an 11-1 win. Considering the Longhorns have won 11 matchups by more than nine runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Keyan Ramirez, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Derek Ramirez, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Hebbronville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Progreso, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Hebbronville nor Progreso have any future games scheduled.
