Baseball Recap: Park Place Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Park Place Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the Wayne Academy Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 last Tuesday.

Park Place Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Wayne Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-9.

While Park Place Christian Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
