The Cubs narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Wolves 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Cubs have posted since September 2nd.

Monett was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-21, 19-25, 25-19, 15-6.

Nevada's win bumped their record up to 20-6-2. As for Monett, their victory bumped their record up to 15-5-1.
