'Iolani faced University Laboratory School in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Raiders blew past the Junior Rainbows 3-0. The Raiders not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0).

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: 'Iolani took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-15, 25-14.

Georgie Lee paced 'Iolani's offense, picking up ten kills. Lee got some help from Kailee Soma and her 14 assists.

'Iolani is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for University Laboratory School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. 'Iolani will face off against rival Punahou at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, University Laboratory School is set to square off against their familiar foe Le Jardin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
