Basketball Recap: San Diego Academy Skates Past Bostonia Global with Ease

There's no place like home for San Diego Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They breezed by the Bostonia Global Lobos to the tune of 63-12 on Tuesday. That 51 point margin sets a new team best for the Cavaliers this season.

San Diego Academy found their leader in sophomore Rudy Nieto, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Those ten boards set a new season-high mark for Nieto. The team also got some help courtesy of Jason Love, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds.

San Diego Academy's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4.

Coincidentally, San Diego Academy and Bostonia Global will both be playing Health Sciences the next time they take the court. Bostonia Global will host Health Sciences at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while San Diego Academy will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on January 21st.
