Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Balboa). They claimed a resounding 87-27 victory over The Academy - San Francisco Wolves. With the Buccaneers ahead 50-1 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Balboa got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Davonte Lindsey out in front who went 6 for 9 on his way to 17 points and six boards. Those 17 points gave Lindsey a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylen Thein-Jones, who went 5 of 11 en route to 10 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists.

Balboa was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Balboa's victory ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 6-18. As for The Academy - San Francisco, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
